Tyler attended his first day camp session last week. The group of 3 & 4 year-olds had a great time meeting at the Boone YMCA from 9-11:30AM on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. Tyler was a bit confused, thinking he was headed to the 4-H Center day camp that we had visited earlier in the month, but he has to wait until he is 6 for that adventure! The theme was Fairy Tale Fun, so they enjoyed a treasure hunt complete with a map and a treasure box. They made a telescope, a hook for their hand (like in Peter Pan), crowns, and on the last day they decorated capes.
